Tatum, Dallas, TXTatum
Tatum Cunningham
was one of the females in the first litter of miniature Goldendoodles that Stacy bred. Her mother is Shelly and her dad is Willie. She is the most precious puppy! She has so much personality, is so smart, and is a true joy in our lives! She has a golden coat on her main body with white around her face. Her coat is wavy and very fluffy when we brush it out. She reminds us of a teddy bear! We have noticed that she sheds a little, but not nearly as much as a golden retriever. We have friends who are highly allergic to dogs and when they kept her over the weekend, they did not have any allergic reactions to her. Tatum weighs 28 pounds. We are so glad that we decided to get Tatum! Stacy was great to work with and we could tell she really took great care of all of the puppies!

  Cheif, Flower Mound, TX
ChiefChief has been a wonderful addition to our family.  He has a wavy blonde coat and it looks like it may be turning more red as he grows older.  He sheds very little and my husband (who is very alergic to dogs) has had NO problems with Chief in the house.  Chief's favorite spot is right beside him on the sofa while we are watching TV! He is definitely a "people" dog and loves playing with the boys and their friends. He is very smart and has been very easy to train. After only about 2 to 3 weeks of bringing him home, he learned to ring his bell when he wants to go outside. He has a calm demeanor and barks very little. He's kind of cute too...  :)   We love Chief!

  Murphy, Houston, TX
MurphyMurphy is doing great! He now weighs 32 pounds at 9 months and is a lot of fun. Everyone in our neighborhood knows who he is and the kids all love him. He has a great personality and loves to play with the other dogs in the neighborhood - even if they don't want to play with him! He is very sweet but gets into all sorts of things because he is so curious. He has discovered our indoor potted plants and likes to dig in the dirt which of course ends up all over!  He also likes to tear up pieces of paper and attacks and unrolls our toilet paper if we're not watching.   He's very smart and very sweet.

  Lizzie, Dallas, TX
Lizzie
We are so in love with Lizzie, she has been the greatest addition to our family. Lizzie is everybody's baby and though she seems to follow me around the most, she has a special relationship with everyone in the family. My son Sam doesn't mind being kissed on the lips so he allows her to kiss him all the time. I love to cuddle with Lizzie in the mornings when I am reading the paper and drinking coffee, and she jumps right in my lap to do that every day. Lizzie likes to play tug of war with my husband and will bring over her tug toy to do that with him.  Lizzie just loves to be outside and go on long walks. She rings a bell on my back door to ask to go out to potty or just to lay on the patio or explore the back yard. She has a lot of friends in the neighborhood and knows exactly where they live. When we say "Let's go visit Banner," she goes directly over to Banner's house. She gets super-excited to play with people or other dogs, and we are working on getting her to settle down sooner. She also loves water...loves to drink it, loves to play in it and especially loves to run through water on the ground. She would be a blast at the beach! At 10 months, Lizzie is about 20 pounds. The vet thinks she will not get bigger and she has really turned into a golden color despite being almost black at birth. I just had her hair cut for the first time and all that remained of her black hair on the tips was clipped off. So now she is a pretty apricot color on her body, with kind of wavy hair, and black ears and tail.  Lizzie sheds very little...I only find occasional balls of hair in a small clump on the ground. We think she is so smart, she truly understands almost everything we say. She is exactly what we were looking for...lovable and loving, funny and smart, and really adorable.  We'll be in touch! We are already planning her first birthday party...it's BYOB, bring your own bone! Thanks again for everything!

  Pebbles, Houston, TX
Pebbles
Hi, my name is Pebbles and I was born on March 6, 2006 . My parents are Annie and Derringer. I was adopted by a family in Bellaire, Texas . If I may say so, I am everything they wanted; a loving, cuddly, playful, adorable miniature golden doodle. Everyone in my family loves me and I love them. I specially love playing hide-n-seek with the three children. I have a teacher that comes once a week to work with me. She is teaching me to sit and not jump on all the guests that come to see me. I am potty trained and kennel trained. Although I love being on top of the beds and cuddling, I have to sleep in my kennel. I know that when I hear the words "kennel-up", I have to go in my kennel. Since the trainer gives me treats every time I do something right, I now demand my rewards all the time. Everyone says "good girl" all the time to me, and I don't know why?! I am about 5 months now and the last time I went to the doctor I was 22 pounds. I am a rich golden tan color and everywhere I go, I hear people commenting on my beautiful coat. It is wavy and I have the beautiful feathers that are a trade mark of the golden retrievers. I look just like my mom, Annie, who is a golden retriever. I am smart and obedient. I am so happy that I finished loosing all my teeth and my family says I was a very good girl because I did not chew on anything in our home. I only played with my toys and chewed on the raw hide that was provided to me. My family loves taking me on car rides, especially since I don't shed! And, I love going in the car, especially to drop-off and pick-up the kids from camp! I also LOVE playing fetch and I have gotten really good at it! I have gone swimming a couple of times.  It was fun, but, I think I will like it better now, since I am bigger. My trainer says I am very smart and very well socialized - whatever that means! All in all, I am such a great dog, that my family is thinking about adopting another puppy just like ME!  Woof, Woof  - Pebbles

  Amazing Grace, Austin, TX
Grace is a lovely little pooch.  She is right on the mark with all the good, crazy and rascally things puppies do and I'm delighted to have her.  She looks like a little golden puppy. I can't find a trace of poodle, except for the welcome lack of shedding, and the hair on her back is starting to get wavy. I don't know the world of Goldens, so I'm not sure how to describe her coat. In human terms it's a light golden red. The texture is very soft. She has long almost invisible whiskers above her eyes and is growing very beatnik kind of chin whiskers. Measuring took a while. She likes the tape measure! Her tail, a prominent feature, is 12" long and is starting to unfurl. She's about 12" tall at the shoulder and is about 17" from her rear end to her collar. She has big old puppy feet. She probably weighs 16 lbs. She is very social with the many people and dogs and cats and squirrels we meet on our neighborhood walks and always finds something new, e.g., person on bicycle - big shock! She sleeps all night in a crate in my room which seems to suit her well. When I'm away she stays in a playpen, so my house is still pretty much intact.  We're coming to an un derstanding regarding where to pee and poop and how to greet humans and what to chew on and play with and she is willing to go along with steady encouragement and a bribe or two. Make no mistake, she is a full time job. Her personality is sweet and alert and funny and energetic and she and I have quite a nice bond.

  Bella, Dallas, TX
BellaBella is incredible! She is both sweet & spunky as well as super smart! Having met both of her parents we think she is probably more like her father in temperament. She is very loving but not a laid back puppy. When we first got her and took her to our vet for her check up and shots, the vet thought she was very strong willed. She thought it would be a good thing to teach us the "alpha-hold" to help establish our dominance. She proceeded to demonstrate by putting her left hand on the notches behind her ears (representing the mother) and the right fingers lightly encircling her muzzle (representing the leader of the pack) She said it normally takes about ten minutes. She stressed that once you start the training you must not let go until the puppy submits, so she continued to hold her.......well, we finally had to leave the room after 30 minutes (Bella still squirming!) and about 45 minutes later she said Bella gave in. We left with instructions to do this periodically which we have done, but we have to laugh because Bella is so smart that she can be doing her little biting thing (as most puppies do) and we put her in the hold and she instantaneously becomes a rag doll - completely submitted! She is so smart she just learned what to do in the "alpha- hold"! But none-the-less her training is going very well! She knows the names of everyone in our family and is following all the basic commands. She is a tireless retriever and we can tell her to bring us a toy and then when she brings it we can say "not that one go pick another toy" and she happily does it. She loves EVERYONE - people and pets - and wins the hearts of everyone she meets! She has developed quite a following. We have friends who come by just to play with her! She is housebroken and will bark at the door when she needs to go out - even though she HATES the heat! She does, by her choice, sleep in her crate. She is best buddies with our Siamese cat. They put on quite a show for us. She loves to be groomed. She is going to make a great therapy dog! She did blow her puppy coat at 2 to 3 months old but it is coming back in beautifully - very wavy and she does NOT shed! She has been very healthy. She weighs 34 lbs.  She is absolutely adorable, beautiful, charming, smart and we are spoiling her rotten! Thanks for providing us with such a wonderful joy!

  Chloe, Hinsdale, IL
ChloeChloe is absolutely adorable!!! Her mom is Annie and her dad is Derringer. Like her mother, she loves it when we pet her. Her favorite thing is her belly rubs! She is very active and smart and loves her family very much! She is so friendly with everyone and happy to greet them when she sees them. She loves to give kisses and go on walks and meet people. She has a beautiful golden blonde coat with a light blonde head. Her coat is mostly smooth because she looks like her mother, but when her hair is wet you can see some little waves in her ears and on her back.  She is 20 lbs. at 5 and 1/2 months old and is doing great.  We are all very happy to have her in our family.  We would like to thank to Morgan's for being so nice and letting us visit them and for doing such a great job raising the puppies and delivering such a healthy, smart, and affectionate new member of our family!!!

Kizzie, Houston, TX
Kizzy is the life of our home! She's amazingly alert and loves to chase squirrels.  She is confident and full of herself which makes for a lot of laughs. She is very intelligent and easy to train.  She has lots of personality and talks to us all the time with her ''indoor'' voice.  She is a very vocal dog, and she pretty much tells you what she wants.  She is 2 years old and weighs 30 lbs. Her mother is Shelly and her dad is Derringer.  She sheds a little, but not nearly as much as a golden retriever.  I take her to the groomer about every three months to trim her soft, wavey hair.  Everytime she goes to the groomer she is very cooperative.  We are enjoying her and having a lot of fun! Thank you for our addition to our family!

  Andy, Dallas, TX
Hi, my name is Andy! I love chewing on my toys, playing with people, and running around. I'll often follow my owners around everywhere as I love to be with them. I take after my father Derringer, as I am a fiesty lad and love to play and run with other dogs at the dogpark, but also know how to relax and take a snooze under the coffee table. I know how to do some tricks such as rollover and go into my crate on command after only two months! I also think I'm a lap dog and love to hang out on my owner's lap. I am two and a half years old now!

  Trixie, Sugarland, TX
TrixieTrixie is doing great and we all really enjoy her!  She was 1 yr old on January 30, 2008.  She is around 20lbs.  This picture was taken in late November when we put up the tree. She found a cozy spot while I went for decorations… Looks like you are having more puppies soon. Best wishes for 2008!

Peyton - Fortville, IN
Born on July 21, 2008, Peyton is a tiny Goldendoodle who joined us here outside Indianapolis approximately nine-weeks later. On the first day of the new-year Peyton (of course named after the Colts quarterback), weighs in at 10-pounds. Having lost our beloved cocker spaniel (Alex) of nearly 16-years in 2007, Peyton has brought true joy into our home. House training was a breeze and she is very good about running to the door when she needs/wants to go outside (now if we could only teach her how to pick up her toys!). Though she is crate trained her nights are typically spent atop a king size Heavenly Bed, often with her head upon a pillow.

With her constant desire to play, go for walks and play ball, Peyton is the quintessential puppy. She has become the puppy for all the kids in the neighborhood who do not have one, sitting in the middle of her front yard just waiting for any of the children to come in the yard and play with her. She definitely loves the outdoors and whether it is the heat of the summer or some recent snow and sub-zero temperatures, she has never turned down the offer of a walk or a game of catch.

Already an important part of the lives of her two-legged siblings (David 10, and Grace 7), Peyton filled a void and became a member of the family the minute her flight arrived.

Miley - Austin, TX
Miley joined our family at 8 weeks old in August, 2008, and has been an amazing addition to the family. Her “brother dog” Beanie our miniature poodle may not always think so, but you just can’t help but love Miley. She is almost at her full size which will be about 40 lbs. She doesn’t meet a person or dog that she doesn’t want to just love on. No matter where we take Miley people comment about how cute and soft she is. She is an extremely social dog who loves to have play dates with her “dog buddies” in the neighborhood. During a walk she will try to pull us down the driveway of her best friend (a Labradoodle) named Emmi.

Hollywood - Winston-Salem, NC
On July 3, 2009 we eagerly awaited Hollywood's arrival at the airport.  She was sheepish at first but soon snuggled with her new family.  She has a sweet personality, loves kids and other dogs, and at times can be headstrong!  She loves to be with people all the time.  During the day, she is your shadow.  Our family suffers from allergies and asthma.  We have had no issues since we have gotten Hollywood.  She does not shed.  A mini-sheepadoodle is the perfect family pet.  She is 8 months old and weighs 26 pounds which makes her a great size.  Hollywood is loved very much and is an important part of our family.  Throughout the course of adopting our puppy, Hollywood, Stacy has been great.  She kept us updated before and after the birth of the puppies and gave us alot of helpful advice.  Hollywood is a healthy puppy with a great disposition.  Thank you Stacy and we will keep in touch!

Sergeant Brown - Grand Prairie, TX
Sergeant has been a wonderful addition to a family nearing retirement.  We both wanted a dog to enjoy at our lake house.  My husband is allergic so we looked a long time before deciding to get a Goldendoodle.  So far, my husband has had no issues.  Sergeant sheds a little, but hopefully it is just the puppy coat.  He is so good natured and loves to play with our grandchildren.  He is extremely smart and seems to understand what we are saying.  Our children all have dogs who swim in the lake - he seems to want to get into the water, but it is very cold right now.  We'll have to wait until spring to see if he is a real swimmer.   We couldn't be happier with Sergeant, and as my husband has said many times - "We got the perfect dog."
